The Wuxi Haibei Microelectronics Research Institute, located on the lakefront of Taihu Lake, We have been engaged in the design and development of Sensor Technology and microelectronics in-connection & package technology.

  We has established several production bases in Ningbo, Suzhou and Wuxi to manufacture our products on a large scale.

We have many employee with great talent, and most of them are senior engineers retired from Chinese Huajing Electronics Co., Ltd. or Huayue Microelectronics Co.,Ltd. as well as retired professors from universities.
